        • Cruz would drive in the winning run off a single to left.

Roger Goodell has gone full-blown dictator mode

goodellhitler

One of these men is a cruel dictator who has his own personal agenda and vendetta against a group of people. This same man thinks that he is above any law and chooses time and time again to dish his own brand of “justice” in the name of righteousness. The other man depicted is Adolf Hitler.

It was just announced from the Commishioner’s desk that he will exercise his right, per CBA, and oversee Tom Brady’s appeal process rather than opting for a 3rd party to deal with it. THIS IS ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT. I’ve officially had enough with the League and the ginger-headed moron running it. They want a war? Patriots nation will give ’em one. If you’re reading this you are now part of the resistance, welcome. Since Rog wants to be Judge, Jury, and Executioner then all civil manner is out the window. I can’t imagine this will go over well with the Patriots camp. Between throwing shade at us via Instagram and now this, all I can see is a civil war on the horizon.

This is gonna be a bar fight kid, you ever been in a bar fight?

The Patriots release a response to the Wells Report and well it’s interesting…

This morning the Patriots released a response article in regards to the Wells Report. In the article, they address key areas of the Wells Report, ask scientist Roderick MacKinnon his input on the Ideal gas Law, and close with the letter from David Gardi.

This report is MASSIVE. Hell, I’m still waiting for the Sparknotes for the Wells Report now I gotta deal with this too? I have trouble reading my textbooks when I’m at school let alone 400+ page reports about deflated footballs. However, from what I have heard briefly on talk-radio, the content of the Patriots response is interesting to say the least.

Yesterday Ted Wells held a press conference to answer questions about any doubts in his report. I just wanna say that if you have to hold a presser to talk about “doubts” in your report (your ONE job) then your report sucks. What Wells did was like a 5th grader having to go up to his teacher to explain the B.S. in his book report and try to spin it like he actually read the book. But the Patriots lawyers may have dropped the ball on this. Saying McNally was called the “Deflater” because he’s on some weight-loss regimen is a D+ spin at best. Now I’m no authority on nicknames and who should call who what but I can say with 85% certainty that no one would give themselves or anyone the nickname “Deflater” for a dude trying to drop a few pounds. I get that this could just be some dirt throwing tactic by the Patriots lawyers to create a cloud of doubt around McNally but in my opinion what they’re doing here is sounding like an attorney who’s defending a guilty man. I am by NO MEANS saying the Patriots are guilty of anything but certain areas of this report don’t sound too good for proving innocence.

The response also touches on Walt Anderson’s part in Deflategate as he did not measure the psi in the balls officially and how the Colts violated the rulebook when they discovered that a ball may be flat after the interception where this whole fiasco began.

I recommend skimming the first few headlines if you wanna know what everyone on the radio is concerned with, anything beyond that is for the diehards.

P.S.

Tom Brady has yet to file an appeal for his suspension. The deadline is 11:59 PM tonight. I believe he will get it filed in time, he is just getting his arguments and pieces in order.

P.P.S

I’m pretty sure someone over in the Patriots’ office reads our blog… Just a hunch:

Source says TB12’s suspension possibly may be overturned entirely

This morning a source close to ESPN’s Adam Schefter texted him a message saying it is possible that Tom Brady’s 4 game suspension in regards to Deflategate may be eliminated entirely. The source wrote:

“Brady’s team is unreal. talented, big-name lawyers: Yee, Kessler, ect. Prediction= won’t miss a game”

Robert Kraft said it the best, when arguments go to a neutral party the NFL nearly always loses. Judges have proven that the league has had tendencies to have abuse its power to discipline. If Tom’s suspension (which never ever ever should have been a thing in the first place) is in fact overturned, then not only will Roger Goodell lose his freakin’ mind but you’ll have a mid-season, pissed-off TB12 and Patriots team in Week 1. Bloodbath ensues.

Even if Brady’s suspension doesn’t get eliminated entirely, odds are that it will be at least reduced to a game or two.
